How to signup with Infoxtime Internet?

1. If you have Internet connection presently with other provider, connect to the internet and go to our page.
2. Your computer downloads the Infoxtime default page. Scroll down and click on Infoxtime signup link or click here.
3. A Security Alert box will pop up to make you aware the signup process will be held on a secure link. Click the OK button.
4. Now you will see a dropdown menu in the middle of the page with default text Select State. Click on the down arrow and select your state. If you don't see the state on the immediate viewable area you may need to scroll down. After selecting the state click on the Submit button.
5. This page is a four column table to provide you brief information about the subscription package. At the end of the box there is Terms of Service link click on it and read the Internet Acceptable Use Policy. When you done close it and you will be back to the signup page.
6. Click on the Signup link located on the same row with the city and/or area code of your residence.
7. You will see the subscription page. click on the Subscribe button. Following this page will ask you serious of question. Answer them correctly.
8. Everything is straight forward but one thing which may worth mentioning is the Email address. This address is where you will receive the monthly payment statement. You can use the email account you will create with infoxtime on the following page or an existing yahoo email account will do fine. Make sure to enter the full email address (EX: username@infoxtime.com or username@yahoo.com). The full email address entery is followed by two text boxes to enter your password and the second one is for verification. Both password entries should be the same and atleast 8 characters of letters, digits or combinations. Do not share these entries with anyone.
9. When you done with this page click Continue button.
10. On the next page click on Pay button and you are done the subscription, now on the following page you will create your account.
11. Enter the desired password. Make sure the letters are atleast 6 characters.
12. On the "Desired account:" if you used infoxtime Email address on step 8, make sure the account name coincide. (EX: If you provide username@infoxtime.com on step 8, on this block enter only username, @infoxtime.com is pre-entered. Finally click on Continue.

You are concluded the signup process.

Now continue with software Installation.

1. Insert Infoxtime Internet CD
2. If your CD-ROM detects CD presence, it will run the setup program. If not, you have to start the signup process manually by double-clicking the CD-ROM Drive.
3. The installation program will begin. Click on the Accept button.
4. On the next page click on Please Select dropdown menu and select your state. The middle blank area will be filled with four column informations - state, city, area code, and phone number. Locate your city or the area code that apply for your city and click any where on that row. The selected row will be shaded blue. Click on the OK button to confirm.
5. A box will popup to show you the phone number you have selected and remind you to make sure any long distance charge not to incur on your phone bill. If you are certain the selected area code is correct, confirm by clicking the OK button.
6. Now you will see the "Infoxtime Internet Services" dialog box. Enter the full name you have entered in the signup process, on the username textbox enter as follow username@e-dial.us, where the username is as shown on step 11 above, click on the box labled password and enter the password as entered on step 10 above, and click on the checkbox that says Remove Existing Dial-Up and Email Account, and finally if shown at the end of the box a checkbox with a label Install MS internet expolrer 6 check it as well, and click OK button.
7. Finally, the pop up box will ask you if you need to use 10 digit dialing for the number you have selected. If your state uses dialing the area code even for local call confirm Yes otherwise if dialing only 7 digit for local call confirm No. You will see the installation process on the right side of top corner and when concluded contact information box will display.
